To stimulate the advancement of performative writing and critical discourses that reflect on live action art practices, VIVA! has partnered with Inter, art actuel to offer two local writers the opportunity to act as witnesses and researchers during the week-long festival. Our writers-in-residence used their experiences with the programming as a starting point from which to reflect critically and/or poetically on larger disciplinary issues. The texts have been be published in Inter, art actuel as part of a special portfolio dedicated to the 8th edition of VIVA! Art Action. The portfolio can be dowloaded here.
